EMERGENCY SERVICES DEPARTMENT

The Emergency Services department consists of Emergency Assistance Loan Program, Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) and the Food Shelf. The Emergency Assistance Loan program is in District 1 serving all Mille Lacs band member. FDPIR is in District 1 serving all Mille Lacs Band members, with scheduled deliveries to the outer districts. Food Shelf
is in District 1 and District 3, currently working on getting District 2 up and running.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to:
