The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, Community Development office will be accepting sealed lump sum bids for supply, delivery and installation/set-up of classroom, office, and school furniture for the Renovated Nay Ah Shing Upper School located at 43651 Oodena Drive; Onamia, MN 56359. Bids will be due Wednesday 22 July 2026. Bids received will be opened and qualified by the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe on Thursday 23 July 2026. A PO will be issued to low, qualified bidder.

All products are anticipated to be needed for delivery and installation in Late August/Early September 2026.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WILL, TO THE GREATEST EXTENT FEASIBLE, GIVE PREFERENCE IN THE AWARD OF CONTRACT TO INDIAN ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIAN-OWNED ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES.

Interested bidders shall contact Mike Gadbois, mgadbois@nas.k12.mn.us NAS Upper School Principle to be included on the bidder’s list in the event that any addendums are issued for this project.

Mobilization:

1. The Bidder shall be capable of delivering all furnishings to the project site in Late August/Early September 2026 Final delivery date will be coordinated between the Owner and the Supplier.
2. Bidder will be responsible for delivery to the site and into the building. Owner will take possession of all equipment once all items have been safely delivered into the building.

Work Scope:
Provide, deliver and install/set-up all of the items listed on bid form into the newly renovated Nay Ah Shing Upper School at 43651 Oodena Drive; Onamia, MN 56359

1. Supplier/Installer will repair any damage to the property or structure created by the scope of work.
2. Supplier/Installer shall be responsible for all debris removal related to all work performed under this work scope.
3. Include all freight and packaging disposal in lump sum price.

Payment:
Purchase Order (PO) will be issued for the purchase.
Vender will receive ½ down at time of placing order.
Remainder to be paid at completion of delivery and installation of product.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS FOR ANY REASON.

Bidding notes:

1. Submit proposal in lump sum (supply and install), not to exceed amount
2. All Contractors must provide the following along with their bid submittal:
   a. Completed and signed MLB Community Development Construction Bid Form

Please note that the bids must be submitted via mail to the P.O. Box. FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box and the Onamia post office will not accept hand delivered items. Please plan accordingly to ensure the timely receipt of your bid submittal.

PROPOSALS NOT SUBMITTED IN THIS MANNER WILL BE REJECTED.

Licensing:
